HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-235• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular neeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 3rd day of May 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor i e, ounc menunt,�eils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-235 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "WILLOW CREEK" PROJECT FOR WALLACE FREEMAN (A-323) WHEREAS. Wallace Freeman has requested preliminary plat approval of a business and residential project known as "Willow Creek" located at the southwest corner of Highway 55 and County Road 18; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wallace Freeman for a preliminary plat of a business and residential project known as "Willow Creek" and located at the southwest corner of Highway 55 and County Road 18 subject to the following: The denying of access of new Nathan Lane to the Highway 55 service drive until it is improved or eliminated except for emergency vehicles. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
