Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
3rd day of M1
1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hide, Council emn Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-234
APPROVING GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR "WILLOW CREEK" PROJECT (A-323)
WHEREAS, Wallace Freeman has requested approval of a revised General Development
Plan for "Willow Creek" located at the southwest corner of Highway 55 and County
Road 18;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said plan and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the revised General Development
Plan for Wallace Freeman for "Willow Creek" located at the southwest corner of
Highway 55 and County Road 18.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the
folloti•+ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, �!e Is,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstainedt none _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
