Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
3rd day of May , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 230
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION
FOR GENE PAULSON (A-652)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Gene Paulson by
Resolution #76-229;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA thdt it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1) All sewer and water hook-up charges be at the owner's expense.
2) Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges) Area and/or
lateral charges be paid prior to building permit issuance.
3) Service drive be dedicated as right-of-way for both parcels.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 following voted in favor thereof: Maynr HildP, rrnmrilmen Hunt Jails,
Seibold and Slaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
