CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of
May 19_&_. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-229
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR GENE PAULSON FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED PROPERTY
(A-652)
WHEREAS, Gene Paulson, 11901 Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka, has requested a
division of an existing platted lot within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary _pecial assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by H=nnepin County:
Plat 43735 --Parcel 7878
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township
118, Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian, described as beginning at a point
on the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter distant 753.32 feet
West of the Northeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (said
North line beigg assumed to have a bearing of East for pur ries of this description);
thence South 8 02' 30" East 113.42 feet more or less o t-, Northerly line of State
Trunk Highway No. 55; thence Southeasterly along said No;..nerly line of State Trunk
Highway No. 55 a distance of 170 feet; thence Northeasterly on a straight line to the
point of intersection with said North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
quarter at a point thereon 225 feet East of the point of beginning; thence West to
the point of beginning.
Parcel B
That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township
118, Range 22 West of the 5th principal meridian, described as follows: Commencing
at a point on the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
distant 753.32 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter (said North line beang assumed to have a bearing of East for purposes
of this description); thence South 8 02' 30" East 113.42 feet more or less to the

Northerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway No. 55; thence Southeasterly along
said Northerly right-of-way line 170 feet to the point of beginning of the property
being described; thence Northeasterly on a straight line to its point of intersection
with said North line at a point thereon distant 528.32 feet West of saad Northeast
corner; thence East along said North line 174.33 feet; thence South 15 33' West
a distance of 212.02 feet more or less to said Northerly right-of-way; thence North-
westerly along said Northerly right-of-way to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCouncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
