HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-2270 0 CITY OF PL O-;OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 3rd day of May 1976. The following members were present: Mayor. LLLldP, fnuncilman Hunt_ jeila, SPihnld and SnaPth The following members rrere absent: Nnna Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-227 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PRIVATE CAR WASH (A-652) WHEREAS, Gene Paulson has requested a conditional use permit to operate a private car wash; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom- mends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gene Paulson to operate a private car wash located at the northeast corner of Highway 55 and W. Medicine Lake Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. No car washing for pay and no advertising of a car wash. The primary use of this site would be as a used car lot. 2. No dispensing of diesel fuel or gasoline. 3. No additional signs. 4. This permit be issued for one year. 5. No equipment be added to the site. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the division of the existing parcel into two parcels, Parcel A of 18,000 sq. ft. and Parcel B of 28,000 sq, ft. be approved. The motion for, the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by —Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo::ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils Seibold and Spaeth _ The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
