Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sQeciaL meeting of
' the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
26th day of April , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 225
APPOINTMENT OF CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Manager has appointed Loretta Garrity as the Clerk for
the City of Plymouth effective April 26, 1976 to serve for an
indefinite term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the appointment of Loretta Garrity as City Clerk
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:__ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt_
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
