Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Held on the 26th day
of April , 19 76 . The following mer..bers were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-224
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
BASS LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 607
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the City of Plymouth provide sanitary sewer and
water main trunk service to the property bounded by CSAH 10, the north City limits
and Hemlock Lane (plat 43702 parcels 7510,9000, 6500 and 7015) filed with the
Council on April 26, 1976 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.035 and
The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo. Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. for preliminary study and he is to report to the Council if it is feasible
to include this area in the Bass Lake Improvement Project No. 607
