CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, tlinnesota, was held on the 26th day
of April , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0: 76-223
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION, WAIVING PUBLIC HEARING AND
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
BASS LAKE OAKS ADDITION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of sanitary sewer and water
laterals and service lines, bituminous street surfacing and necessary appurtenances
for the proposed Bass Lake Oaks Addition (Plat 43702 parcel 4000) was filed with
the Council on April 26, 1976 and is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by the owners of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed and siad petitioner does hereby waive his rights to a public hearing
and requirements for preparation of a preliminary engineering report; and in
lieu thereof, the cost estimates and related assessment figures as presented
at the public hearing for Project No. 607 on February 23, 1976 will be utilized.
3. The improvements as herein outlined shall be incorporated in with the plans
and specifications for Project No. 607.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Pesolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted in favor thereoti-74ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
