HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-222CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of _ April , 19 75_. The following members were present: ng mecoers were absent: *rt Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RE50LUTION N0.-76-222 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION, WAIVING PUBLIC HEARING AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES ADDITION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of water and sewer laterals and service lines and all necessary appurtenances to serve the proposed Asplund's Oakwood Shores Addition (plat 43702 parcel 610) was filed with the Council on April 26, 1976, and is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage - of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by owners of 100% of the property proposed to be assessed and said petitioner does hereby waive his rights to a public hearing and requirements for preparation of a preliminary engineering report; and in lieu thereof, the cost estimates and related assessment figures as presented at the public hearing for Project No. 607 on February 23, 1976 will be utilized. 3. The improvements as herein outlined shall be incorporated in with the plans and specifications for Project No. 607.
