CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of
April , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-221
APPROVING SALE AND RECLASSIFICATION BY HENNEPIN COUNTY OF TAX -FORFEITED LANDS WITHIN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has received from the County of
Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of the State
of Minnesota, for non-payment of 1967 Real Estate Taxes, which said list has been
designated as Classification List No. 650C;
AND, WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation
land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of those parcels of land described as follows as
non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that said City Council should and hereby does request the said Board
of County Commissioners to reclassify the following parcels in said list as conservation
land for purposes of storm drainage and future road right-of-way:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
