HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-220W, W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of April , 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth ine To rowing memoers were aosenti: none rr*,t ,�•ir,r nrtit* Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-220 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE•PERMIT FOR SUBDIVISION UNIT PROJECT AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MISSION RIDGE SECOND ADDITION (A-338) WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. has requested City approval of a conditional use permit for a Subdivision Unit Project and preliminary plat for Mission Ridge 2nd Addition; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommends their approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Bros. Construction Inc. for a conditional use permit for a Subdivision Unit Project and preliminary plat for Mission Ridge 2nd Addition subject to the following conditions: 1. Utility easements be provided to the City as per the City Engineer's recommenda- tions. 2. A rearrangement of Lot 6, Block 1 to provide the lot with a 30 foot wide rear property line. 3. A cash payment to the Park Dedication Fund of $3,900. 4. A more westerly location for the private drive in Outlot A. 5. The upgrading of 36th Avenue North along the entire plat to,City Engineering Department standards. 6. That a driveway be designed for Lots 17 and 18 in such a manner that the lots will not front on 36th Avenue North. 7. The undeveloped area of Outlot A be used for a density credit for the more densely proposed development (Mission Farms RPUD) to the west. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
