HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-219CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of April , 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor Hi de, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were aunt:Councilman Neils' -rte *tt rs* Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-219 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT - TIBURON STREET LIGHTS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the -5th day of April, 1976, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Tiburon Addition by the installation of streets lights along Pilgrim Lane from 36th Avenue to 32nd Avenue and on 32nd Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to the west line of plat, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day - of April,1976, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: `. 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted on April 5, 1976. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall cdordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Aoun ilman Hunt •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the owing voted in Tavor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde..Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. . .
