Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of April _ , 19 76 The following members were present:

DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
WOOD CREEK ADDITION STREET LIGHTING
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Wood Creek Addition by
the installation of ornamental residential street lighting, filed with the
Council on April 19, 1976, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
. 2: The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
�.• improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the
