CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April , 1976. . The following members were
present: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 211
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF "FAZENDIN PARK FIFTH
ADDITION" FOR ROGER FAZENDIN (A-220)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a final plat of "Fazendin Park Fifth Addition"
for Roger Fazendin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions be met prior
to filing of said final plat:
1) Outlot A be deeded to the City of Plymouth for bicycle and pedestrain use.
2) Outlot B be deeded to the City of Plymouth for street easement until such time
as Fountain Lane is built southward.
3) Any additional utility and drainage easements be granted to the City as per the
City Engineer's recommendations.
4) A 20 ft. wide written trail easement be deeded to the City of Plymouth between
Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 of the plat.
5) Construction by the developer of all required trails within the plat to the
specifications used in construction of the trials within the Shiloh developement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils 'and upon v:te being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
