Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-210
APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF FAZENDIN PARK FIFTH ADDITION FOR ROGER FAZENDIN
(A-220)
WHEREAS, Roger Fazendin has requested approval of a final plat of "Fazendin
Park Fifth Addition" containing 38 single family lots;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Roger Fazendin for final plat approval of "Fazendin Park Fifth Addition"
(Exhibit A) and the pevelopment Contract (Exhibit B) for said plat and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen.Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Soaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
