Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council o.' the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "FERNDALE NORTH FIRST
ADDITION" FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-615)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Final Plat of "Ferndale North First Addition
for Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. by Resolution N76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions be met
prior to filing of said final plat:
1) Street running east -west through the plat be labeled 'Brockton Lane" as per the
City Street Naming Policy.
2) Utility and drainage easements be granted and shown on the plat as per the City
Engineering Department recommendations.
3) Ferndale North road construction --The City has currently under study Ferndale
North Road. The Developer agrees to any improvement that might be stipulated
in the recommendations of 'said report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol oviing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
