The follc.ring members were present: S@jbold and Spaeth - he o owing me.:�ers were osent: None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and roved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-207 _ SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE PROJECT NO. 605-001 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 2, 1976. the report covering the improvement of the City of Plymouth's Water Distribution Trunk System by construction of a 12".water trunk main on County Road 6 from Ranier Lane to the reservoir site; and a 16" water trunk main on Ferndale Road south from County Road 6 approximately 1200 feet; and a 16" water trunk main on County Road 6 from the reservoir site to Ferndale Road, together with all necessary restoration and all necessary appurbmnc As accepted by the Council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, "low -MA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $184,000,00. 2, A public hearing shall be held on ;uch proposed improvement on the 17th day of May, 1976 at.7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building. 14900 23rd Avenue North and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
