The following members were present: _ Mayor Hilde, ouncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none **# ter* Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: . RESOLUTION NO. 76-206 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREFARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 605 WATER RESERVOIR WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted. February 2, 1976 a report for the improvement of the Water Distribution Trunk System for the City of Plymouth, Minnesota by the acquisition and construction of Reservoir No. 4 on or near County Road 6 at the west end of the City, and WHEREAS, the Engineer was directed to locate a reasonable site for a standpipe system, WHEREAS, the Council after review and discussion have determined that a standpipe on site SP-3.is the most feasible location, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 19, 1976. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for . the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, anc. upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
