CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
19th day of April , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none

RESOLUTION #76-203
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR BASS LAKE OAKS
FROM R-0 TO R-1 FOR DOROTHY FOLLESE (A-634)
WHEREAS, Dorothy Follese has requested rezoning of property at the southwest corner
of Deerwood Lane and County Road 10 known as Bass Lake Oaks;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of said
request;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council on April 19, 1976 has approved siad rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following actions prior to
publications of said Ordinance Amendment:
1. Final Plat approval of "Bass Lake Oaks".
2. Availability of City sewer and water services to the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ft lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
