CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to duecall and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on the 19th day of
April , 19 76 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt: Neils,_ Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the foiiowing Resolution and moved
its adoption: -
RESOLUTION NO. 76-202
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES" FOR RANDY ASPLUND
(A-657)
WHEREAS, Randy Asplund has requested preliminary plat approval of "Asplund's
Oakwood Shores" located at the southwest corner of Deerwuuz Lane and County
Road 10;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Randy Asplund for
preliminary plat approval of "Asplund's Oakwood Shores" located at the southwest
corner of Deerwood Lane and County Road 10 subject to the following conditions:
1.) The dedication of 27 feet of additional right-of-way along County Road 10.
2.) Ponding, drainage and utility easements as required by the City Engineer with
the drainage easements of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and 15 being a continuous
drainage easement.
3.) The rearrangement of the proposed plat to assure that all Zoning Ordinance
requirements are met, i.e. lot area, width and depth requirements in an R-1
district. Lot areas should all be over 18,500 square feet after right-of-way
taking and only to include area above the high water level of Bass Lake.
4.) Park dedication fee of $150 per lot be paid to the City of Plymouth.
5.) Final plat approval to be subject to land transfer involving Lot 7.
6.) Purchase of the outlot along Deerwood Lane by petitioner to provide access
to 57th Avenue North.
7.) Lot 7 of Bass Lake Oaks be designated as Lot 16 of Asplund's Oakwood Shores.
8.) Lots 9 and 10 be realigned to give Lot 10 better lake access.

9.) No building permits be issued until such time as sewer and water are
available to the site.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
