. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was h -eV on the
19th day of April 19 76 . The following members were

RESOLUTION 176-201
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR "ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD
SHORES" FROM R-0 TO R-1 FOR RANDY ASPLUND (A-657)
WHEREAS, Randy Asplund has requested rezoning of the property at the southwest corner
of Deerwood Lane and County Road 10 known as "Asplund's Oakwood Shores",
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of siad
request,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council on April 19, 1976 has approved siad rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following actions prior to
publication of said Ordinance Amendment:
Final Plat approval of "Asplund's Oakwood Shores".
2. Availability of City sewer and water services to the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Ine T0110wing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
