CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none ,

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 200
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR WILLIAM GADTKE (A-302)
WHEREAS, William Gadtke, 3510 Kilmer Lane, Plymouth, has requested a consolidation
of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and
that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44157 6320 12 2 Glen Erie
44157 6600 13 2 "
To be consolidated as follows:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Glen Erie Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
