Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April , 1976 . The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Co ncilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 198
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR MR. FRANK ADAMS FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS
(A-663)
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Adams 15215-9th.Avenue North, Plymouth has requested a division
of an existing platted lot within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44400 4610 Nk 23 -- Parkers Lakeside Acres
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The west half of the north half of Lot 23, Parkers Lakeside Acres.
Parcel B
The east half of the north half of Lot 23, Parkers Lakeside Acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution' was'duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
