Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of April , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION N76-197
APPROVING'SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUPERIOR
FORD FOR USED CAR SALES BUILDING (A-449)
WHEREAS, Superior Ford has requested approval of a site plan amendment and a
conditional use permit for a 531 square foot building to be used for used car
sales to be located at the southwest corner of its site;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Superior Ford for
a site plan amendment and a conditional use permit for a 531 square foot building
.to be used for used car sales to be located at the southwest corner of its -site
subject to the following condition:
That six additional parking spaces be incorporated into the employee and
customer parking areas.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
