HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-1960 0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 19th day of April , 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde.Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-196 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR "J's" PIZZA TO EXPAND (A-660) WHEREAS, "J's" Pizza (James Doherty) has requested a conditional use permit to expand said operation; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom- mends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of "J's" Pizza for a conditional use permit to expand said operation subject to the following conditions: 1) There be no outside storage permitted on the site. 2) The conditional use permit be reviewed after a period of one year to reconsider the parking siutation on the site. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Se , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol of wing voted iiboldn favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth. the owing voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resnlution was declared duly passed and adopted. ararar ararar ararar
