Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
5th day of April , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 76-191
APPROVING 1976 GARBAGE HAULER LICENSES
WHEREAS, the firms listed below have submitted applications for renewal
of Garbage Hauler Licenses to the City Council for approval,
in accordance with Chapter III, Stiction 14, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the applications for Garbage Hauler License of the
firms listed below be approved for the license period April 1,
1976 through March 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
