Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
gth day of April , 1975. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-190
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1976
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received
from the parties listed below, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 6, of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the applications for renewal of Cigarette License
for the parties listed below be approved for the period January 1,
1976 through December 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
