U NIT D EVELOPMENT D ISTRICT (2020 026)
Ordinance No. 2020-09 amends Chapter 21 of the City Code to reclassify certain land located at
3735 and 3855 County Road 101, and to establish a Planned Unit Development District (2020 026).
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
