R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-186
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P OLLING L OCATIONS
FOR THE S TATE P RIMARY E LECTION AND G ENERAL E LECTION
WHEREAS, per Minnesota Statute 204B.16, cities are required to annually approve polling
locations for the following year even if there are no polling location changes or there are no scheduled
elections; and
WHEREAS, on October 8, 2019 the Council adopted Resolution No. 2019-268 approving polling
locations for the 2020 Elections - Primary Election on August 11, 2020 and the General Election on
November 3, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Legislature enacted legislation in the 2020 session to allow cities to
change polling locations if necessary due to COVID-19; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following locations are approved as polling locations for 2020:
