Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held d o�onn tFe 5th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 76-187
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
LEVY NO. 6407 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, Plat 43736 Parcel 220 was assessed for street and storm sewer improvement
under Levy 6407, Nathan Lane Street Improvements,
WHEREAS, the property was assessed incorrectly for 399 feet of frontage when the
actual frontage is 389 feet,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the assessments levied against Plat 43736 Parcel 220 under Levy 6407
be reduced by $369.20 to reflect the reduction in the amount of frontage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
