RESOLUTION NO. 76-186
ASSESSMENT ADJUSTMENT
LOTS 3 8 4, BLOCK 8, ELMHURST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Lots 3 and 4, Block 8, Elmhurst Addition (Plat 44020 parcels 5950 and 6000)
were combined in March of 1972 and as a result of this combination was entitled to
assessment adjustments on area and connection charges, and'
WHEREAS, this assessment adjustment was not sent to Hennepin County at the time
of the lot combination,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the area and connection charges assessed under Levy 5602 for plat
44020 parcel 5960 be reduced to $359.97 to reflect the adjustment made to the area
and REC charge for the lot combination.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
