Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-185
REDUCING LEVY 6432
VICKSBURG LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Plat 43732 parcel 5210 was assessed for street and sidewalk improvements
under Levy 6432, Vicksburg Lane Street Improvements,
WHEREAS, the property was inadvertently assessed for 20 feet which is right-of-way
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the assessments levied against 43732 - 5210 under Levy 6432 be
reduced by $600.00 to reflect the 20 feet of right-of-way that was assessed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmen Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen H n , Nail-

The following voted against or abstained: Noone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passim and adopte
