The following members were present: ng memoers were t*e Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and move its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 76-184 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT PROJECT NO. 606 PARKERS LAKE STORM SEWER WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 15, 1976, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the implementation of the City of Plymouth's Storm Drainage Plan dated March, 1973 relative to the providing of an outlet for the following pondw as shown on the Storm Drainage System Map Figure No. 13 of the above referenced report: 1. P rLers Lake (PL -P1) 2. Pard BC -P19 lying north and south of the Minnesota Western Railroad right-of-way between Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane. 3. Pond BC -P20 lying on the west side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south of County Road.6` 4. Pond BC -P21 lying on the east side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south of County Road 6.' including all necessary lift stations, force mains and appurtenances and this report was received by the Council on April 5, 1976, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapar 398 as amended) at ari estimated total cost of $596,000.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by bllowl;n1d- fav- and upon vote being taken thereon, the g oted in vor t ereor: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, _ -Seibold and Spaeth Ine Toiiowing votes against or azstaine-: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
