A RESOLUTION
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
FOUR SEASONS RAW WATER MAIN
CITY PROJECT No. 7114
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Four Seasons raw water main, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears GM Contracting of Lake Crystal, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are herby authorized and directed
to enter into contract for the bid with GM Contracting of Lake Crystal, Minnesota in the name of the
City of Plymouth for Four Seasons raw water main according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of
$224,429.65.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this project shall be from the
Water Fund in the amount of $375,000.
