HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-183CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due tali and notice thereof, a s meting of this City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was—hold on the of , 19 The following meffhers were present: The following members were absent: �a Introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO.,76-183 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT TIBURON ADDITION STREET LIGHTING WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 8, 1976 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improv~t of the Tiburon Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on April 5. 1976, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of fid �lihl. MINNESOTA: 1. ';e Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesat.m Statutes Sections 429.011 to 49.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the Impoowment of $2,010.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th da of April. 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Voris ildism. 14900 23rd Avenue North and the Clerk shall give mailed and published Wjc* of such hearing.and improvement as required by law.
