Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was a on the 5th day
of Aoril , 19L. The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-182
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
HARBOR LANE WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Engineer that for the safety of the
public that No Parking signs should be placed on Harbor Lane west from Fernbrook
Lane,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of Harbor Lane from
Fernbrook Lane to approximately 866 feet west of Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun�j t and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the P.esolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
