Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
5th day of Ai , 197_. The following members were
present: Mavor Hilde Counci men Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-180
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
MARY HALE, et. al. (A-541)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consoli-dation for Mary Hale,
et. al by Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
Drainage easements as required by the City Engineer be provided by petitioners.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
