CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 5th day of
April 19 75 . The following members were present:

RESOLUTION R76-179
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR MARY
HALE et al. (A-541)
WHEREAS, Mary Hale, 16705 -12th Avenue North, Plymouth, has requested a division
and consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consoli,
dation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidations are
approved by Hennepin County:

To be divided and consolidated as follows:
Parcel A
All of Lot 4, Block 2 and that part of Lot B, "City View Acres", according to the
recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly
line of Lot 4, Block 2, said "City View Acres"
Parcel B
All of Lot 3, Block 2, and that part of Lot B, "City View Acres", according to the
recorded plat thereof, lying between the southerly extensions of the westerly and
easterly lines of Lot 3, Block 2, said "City View Acres".
Parcel C
All of Lot 2, Block 2, and that part of Lot B, "City View Acres", according to the
recorded plat thereof, lying between the southerly extensions of the westerly and
easterly lines of Lot 2, Block 2, said "City View Acres".

Parcel D
All of Lot 1, Block 2 and that part of Lot B, "City View Acres", according to the
recirded plat thereof, lying easterly of the southerly extension of the westerly
line of Lot 1, Block 2, said "City View Acres".
The motion fcr the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Hunt, Neils, _
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
