RESOLUTION #76-178
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR
ROBERT MCCORMICK (A-653)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Robert McCormick by
Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
Dedication of an additional 27 feet of right-of-way for County Road 47.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
