Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 5th day of

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION N76-177.
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED LOTS FOR ROBERT McCORMICK (A-653)
WHEREAS, Robert McCormick, 14105 County Road 47, Plymouth, has requested a division
of existing unplatted parcel in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:

To be divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township
118, Range 22 described as follows: Commencing at a point where the South line of
County Road 47 intersects the West line of said Section 3, thence Easterly along the
south line of said County Road 47 a distance of 500 feet to the actual point of begin-
ning; thence deflecting to the right 132 degrees, 00 minutes and 00 seconds a
distance of 110 feet; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees, 00 minutes and 00
seconds a distance of 212.06 feet, more or less, to the shore of unmeandered Mud
Lake; thence Northeasterly to County Road 47 a distance 337.76 feet Easterly from
the point of beginning.
Parcel B
The West : of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 118, Range 22 except
roadway and Parcel A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
IPin favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:
None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
