CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ficial on meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day
of March 19 76 . The following members were present:_

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-169
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND SETTING HEARING DATE
PROJECT NO. 602 3RD AND QUEENSLAND LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 17, 1976, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference
to the installation of sanitary sewer and water main from approximately the intersection
of 3rd Avenue and Queensland Lane westerly to the southeast corner of the proposed
Ferndale North Plat together with a sanitary sewer lift station and all necessary
appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on March 29, 1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $135,500.00.
A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 19th day
of April, 1976 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
