Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
29th day of March , 1976 . The following members were
present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-167
AWARDING THE CITY'S PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGES
WHEREAS, the City solicited proposals for its insurance program, which
proposals were received on March 22, 1976, and
WHEREAS, these proposals have been reviewed by the City's insurance
consultants, William Peet Co., and
WHEREAS, the consultant has upon review of the proposals recommended, in
his report dated March 25, 1976, that the insurance coverage
be awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City's property and liability insurance coverages be
awarded as recommended by the City's insurance consultants,
William Peet Co., as follows:
1. Workman's Compensation - Employer's Insurance Co. of Wausau
2. Property & Other Liability Coverages - Employer's Insurance Co. of Wausau
3. Public Official's Liability - Midland Insurance Company
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
