Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _P meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota on the
22nd day of March 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-165
APPROVING RENEWAL OF TAXI -CAB DRIVERS LICENSES FOR 1976
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received applications for Taxi -Cab
Drivers Licenses from.the following listed persons, in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following list of persons be granted Taxi- Cab
Drivers Licenses for a period to expire December 31, 1976.

Barry A. Armstrong
Winton Barker
Paul M. Marschke
Kirk T. Osgood
Kenneth L. Peterson
Clifford Piper
Gordon A. Piper
John S. Reed
George D. Scott
George E. Shutes
Thomas B. Winterowd
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
