CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Fie -d on the
22nd day of _March 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-164
APPROVING RENEWAL OF TAXI -CAB VEHICLE LICENSE FOR 1976
WHEREAS, Town Taxi, Inc. has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity for the purposes of operating one (1) taxi -cab in
the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8
of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
is hereby granted to Town Taxi, Inc. for 1976 for the operation
of one (1) taxi -cab, AND FURTHER that the taxi -cab license for the
vehicle listed below is hereby approved.for the period January 1, 1976
through December 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
