Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of March , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-162
RELEASING BOND
GORDON'S OAKWOOD HILLS FILE A-63
WHEREAS, Marvin W. Gordon, developer of Gordon's Oakwood Hills, has a deposit
with the City of Plymouth in the amount of $250.00 to cover drainage improvements
between Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, Gordon's Oakwood Hills, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the work covered by said deposit and
has certified that the work is satisfactory,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the deposit of Marvin W. Gordon in the amount of $250.00 for drainage
work be released.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote 1n avor thereof: Mayor Hildg- Cminrilimn Hunt- Noilc,
Seibold and Soaeth
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
