Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hthe 22nd day
of March 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-160
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 609 REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 22nd day of March, 1976 adopt
Resolution No. 76- ordering the improvements for the Reinhard Industrial
Park, Project No. 609, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be necessary, proper and expedient in the
interests of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota to expedite the completion of such improvement, -
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to commence
condemnation proceedings to acquire an easement for utility purposes over, under
and across the parcels described in the following legal descriptions:
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 34, Township 118, Range 22 lying Easterly of the Reinhard Industrial Park
and lying Westerly of Glen Echo Lake Addition.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT: An utility easement consisting of a strip of land 20 feet
wide the centerline of which is described as follows to -wit; Commencing at the
Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1 Reinhard Industrial Park; thence Easterly
parallel with the North line of said Lot 1 for a distance of 330 feet and there
terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

ine Toirowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
