CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hem on the
22nd day of March , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Hunt. Neils- Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moveT its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-159
APPROVING ABATEMENT OF REC CHARGES ON LOT COMBINATION FOR
JOHN BOYER (A-638)
WHEREAS, Former Lot 12 of "Beacon Heights 1st Addition" has been found
to be an unbuildable lot and has now been consolidated with Former Lot
11 of 'Beacon Heights lst Addition" by Council Resolution #75-630;
AND, WHEREAS, Former Lot 12 has been assessed under Sewer Levy 3677 and
under Water Levy 5092 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does abate the REC charges
assessed against former Lot 12, 'Beacon Heights 1st Addition" and remove
these assessments from Sewer Levy 3677 in the amount of $50,and from
Water Levy 5092 in the amount of $75 for a total of $125.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
