Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION 376- 157
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
LEO TOROLA (A-656)
WHEREAS, Leo Torola, 400 Magnolia Lane, Plymouth, has requested a consoli-
dation and division of existing platted parcels within'the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following
consolidation and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make
the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the
consolidation and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:

That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 706, Hennepin County,
Minnesota lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at
a point on the westerly line of said Tract B 79.50 feet northerly of the
southwest corner of said Tract B; thence easterly to a point on the southeasterly
line of said Tract B 195.88 feet northeasterly of the southwest corner of
said Tract B and there terminating.
Parcel B
That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 706, Hennepin County,
Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said
Tract B; thence northerly along the west line of said Tract B 79.50 feet;
thence easterly to a point on the southeasterly line of said Tract B
195.88 feet easterly of the point of beginning; thence southwesterly along
the southeasterly line of said Tract B to the point of beginning. ALSO,

sota described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said
Lot 8; thence southerly along the west lire of said Lot 8 a distance of
42.17 feet; thence easterly 149.41 feet southerly of the northeast corner
of said Lot 8; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said
Lot 8 to the point of beginning.
Parcel C
That part of Lot 8, Block 1■ Wilshire Garden Lots, Hennepin County,
Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of
said Lot 8 distant 42.17 feet southerly on the Northwest corner of said
Lot 8; thence easterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 8 distant
110.47 feet southerly of the northeast corner of said lot 8; thence southerly
along the east line of said Lot 8 a distance of 89.5.i feet to a point 200.00
feet southerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence southwesterly
to a point on the west line of said Lot 8 distant 200.00 feet southerly of
the northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence northerly along the west line
of said Lot 8 a distance of 157.83 feet to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
