HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-1560 • CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of March , 19 76 . The following members were present: Seibold The following members erea sent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-156 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR PHILIP G. PETERSEN (A-655) WHEREAS, the City Council has.approved a lot division for Philip G. Petersen by Resolution #76- ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division: 1. That additional water and sewer service for Parcel B as required be put in at owner's expense and the REC charges be paid at the time of building permit application. 2. Drainage easements as required by the City Engineer be provided by petitioner. 3. A Park Dedication fee of $150 for the new created lot be paid to the City prior to building permit issuance. 4. All construction to comply with City Zoning Ordinance setback requirements, i.e. 50 ft. front yard, 15 ft. side yards and 20% of depth of lot for rear yard. 5. Additional Area Charges consisting of one Water Area Charge at $250 and one Sewer Area Charge at $250 be collected at the time of building permit issuance. 6. Additional Lateral Charges amounting to 110 feet at $19/ft. be collected at the time of building permit issuance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coqncilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
