CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of March , 19 76 . The following members were
present:Mayn -Hilde- Councilmen Hunt- Neils- Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-155
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR PHILIP G. PETERSEN
(A-655)
WHEREAS, Philip G. Petersen, 17920 -20th Avenue North, Plymouth, has requested
a division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division
is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44575 8400 9 2 Snyder's Lakeview
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The east 199.58 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, "Snyder's Lakeview Addition" to
exclude the north 15 feet of said Lot 9.
Parcel B
The west 123.0 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, "Snyder's Lakeview Addition" and
to include the north 15 feet of said Lot 9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seihnld and Snaeth
